TRAIL BETWEEN DOURO AND TUA 2026

Trail Entre Douro e Tua takes place in Carrazeda de Ansiães, within the Bragança district of northern Portugal. It offers three trail races and a walk. Participants can select a 32 km, 21 km, or 13 km race. The non-competitive walk allows families and supporters to participate without racing. Race entries are open to individuals aged 16 and above, with no age restriction for the walk. The routes traverse rural, agricultural, and mountainous terrain surrounding Carrazeda de Ansiães, passing through several villages. The courses include significant elevation gain, presenting a demanding challenge. The event is part of the ATRP National Trail Circuit. The 32 km race contributes to the Trail Circuit, the 21 km race to the Sprint Circuit, and the 13 km race to the Youth Circuit.
