Der Pink on Parade ist ein Community 5K und 1-Meilen-Lauf/Walk in Sebring, Florida, der bei 4200 Sun N Lake Boulevard startet. Der Lauf ist mit der AdventHealth Sebring Foundation verbunden und unterstützt Menschen, die von Brustkrebs betroffen sind: Man läuft oder walkt, um die zu ehren, die in Behandlung sind, Überlebende zu feiern und Verstorbenen zu gedenken. Seit 2017 hat das Event über $275,000 an das AdventHealth Sebring Breast Center gespendet. Damit wird geholfen, Breast-care technology anzuschaffen und Menschen in Hardee und Highlands counties zu unterstützen, die sich Breast cancer screenings sonst nicht leisten könnten.

Die Altersklassen reichen von kleinen Kindern bis zu Teilnehmern über 80 Jahren.

Cowan Foundation hosts the event, raising funds in Graham’s memory for the hospital’s services for women, babies, and families. The race centers on remembrance and running. The foundation shares Graham’s story with families who have experienced loss, providing a space for them to gather, walk, run, and support each other through grief. Over $54,000 has been raised for Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies via the foundation.
