The University of Kentucky Doctor of Physical Therapy program hosts the event, with proceeds supporting board costs for a DPT class. Packet pickup begins in the morning before the 9:00 a.m. race start. The course is a simple 3.1 mile park route, open to runners and walkers, not exclusively competitive racers. Children in the dash will receive participation medals, and parents can purchase a commemorative shirt for the children’s event. Race amenities include music, food, lights, neon paint, free race photos, shirts (while supplies last), and awards for the top three male and female overall finishers, plus the top three in five-year age groups. Über 5K-Läufe in Lexington-Fayette

Lexington: Grundlagenkilometer
