Arenal Race OCR

Arenal Race OCR is an obstacle course race series held in Almeria, Spain. It features beach editions near Retamar and Carboneras, and mountain editions in Alhama de Almeria. The format combines off-road running with gym-style strength exercises. Participants navigate a course, then tackle obstacles like weight carries, walls, ropes, and monkey bars. Some events provide 5 km and 10 km distances. The series also differentiates by difficulty, ranging from mud runs with basic obstacles to timed OCR races requiring significant training and skill.
