Volta a Peu de Benetússer - Circuito Caixa Popular Running Solidari - 10k

The Volta a Peu de Benetússer is a 10K road race held in Benetússer, near Valencia, and is part of the Circuito Caixa Popular Running Solidari. It evolved from the town’s traditional 8 km Volta a Peu, with the distance adjusted to a 10K to attract more participants and enhance the event’s local standing. The route consists of two 5 km circuits, allowing participants to complete either the full 10K or finish after one lap. Benetússer’s sports council, under Rafa del Río, aims to increase community participation and involve the town’s three athletics clubs in the organization, integrating their local racing expertise into the event beyond a standard municipal race.
