Rokko serves as the anchor, with the East Rokko Traverse Trail forming the day’s main route. This event is structured more like a trail-running instruction session focused on "enjoying your first long run," designed for beginners and those new to trail running.
The group size is limited to ten participants, fostering an atmosphere closer to semi-personal coaching rather than being lost in a large field. Participants can anticipate a course-focused practice run aimed at developing trail running strength, with the guiding principle of "trail running you can enjoy safely" influencing the pace and approach over any emphasis on finishing times.
