Lauwersmeer Swimrun

The ninth Lauwersmeer Swimrun takes place in the UNESCO area. Participants swim in salt and fresh water, then run over dikes. They wear the same outfit for the entire race, running in their wetsuits and swimming with their running shoes. The dikes offer views of the Waddenzee and Schiermonnikoog. Running sections traverse fields, forests, and dikes. Solo and duo participation is available.
