Nocna Dycha is a Polish series of approximately ten-kilometre road races, with events listed in Brzeg, Rybnik, and Gołdap. The Brzeg event is a standard 10 km street race held after dark in spring. Rybnik's Nocna Dycha+ takes place in early summer as the shorter companion to the Księżycowy Half Marathon, featuring a 10.5 km distance. Gołdapska Nocna Dycha is scheduled for early autumn and offers participants a choice of 5 km or 10 km.
The Gołdap course begins and ends at Pijalnia Wód Leczniczych, winding along the lake, graduation towers, and Promenada Zdrojowa on a well-lit, fast path. In Rybnik, the shorter race uses the same finish line as the half marathon, allowing runners not seeking the full distance to cross the same finish area. This format appeals to club runners aiming for a fast road race, recreational runners preferring shorter distances, and individuals interested in night racing without committing to a half marathon.
