13_13 Innsbruck is a 24-hour running event held at Baggersee Rossau in Innsbruck, Tirol. Participants run laps around the lake on a 5 to 6 km loop, with each lap beginning and ending near the Basecamp area. The objective is straightforward: maintain continuous movement for as many laps as desired, at an individual pace, throughout a full day and night.
Solo runners can approach this as a personal endurance test, while teams of 2 to 8 members distribute the effort by completing laps sequentially. During breaks between laps, participants can rest, refuel, and socialize at Basecamp, giving the event the atmosphere of a camp-style gathering as much as a long-distance race. This format is suitable for ultra runners, relay teams, and individuals drawn to the concept of a long-distance challenge without the isolation of a remote course.
