2026 Shootout Series - Round 4

Shootout Series Round 4 is a BMX cycling race at Bayside BMX Club in Wynnum, on Brisbane’s eastern side. The day begins with mandatory rider registration in the morning, followed by a long gate-practice window before racing. The club is located in Kianawah Park near Network Drive, about a 10-minute drive east from Gateway Motorway Exit 100 along Wynnum Road. The racing includes a wide spread of BMX riders: 20-inch Challenge and 24-inch Cruiser classes for male and female age groups, Masters Open Wheel for riders 30 and over, Superclass for older competitive riders, and Junior Superclass for mid-teen racers. Younger children are included, with Sprockets for early primary-age riders and Mini Wheelers for children as young as two. Riders can nominate to ride up a category, and the club setting has grassed areas around the track for families watching between motos.
