8. RüsselKids SuperSprint-Triathlon 2026

The RüsselKids SuperSprint-Triathlon is a youth triathlon held in Trebur, Hessen, organized by the triathlon department of TG 1862 Rüsselsheim. The events are designed for children and teenagers, with individual starts ranging from Schüler D (ages 6-7) up to Junioren (ages 18-19). Older participants compete in SuperSprint formats, while younger children and novices undertake shorter, age-appropriate distances around the Trebur swimming pool. The shortest course consists of 30 metres swimming, 1 km cycling, and 200 metres running for Schüler D. For Jugend A and Junioren, the distances are 500 metres swimming, 15 km cycling, and 3.6 km running. Schüler A, Jugend, and JuniorInnen also have a more demanding SuperSprint option: three very short, fast triathlons completed consecutively. Some age categories are included in the Hessen state championship series, meaning the event hosts both young triathletes participating for the first time and more experienced juniors competing for Landesmeisterschaften titles.
