Les 20 km du Ruban Bleu 2026

The 20 km du Ruban Bleu begins at the football stadium on Rue des Sports in Fréhel, located on Brittany's north coast. Participants can select either a 10 km or 20 km trail race. Both routes traverse the landscape between Fréhel and Sables-d'Or-les-Pins. This event is a fixture on Brittany's running schedule, typically scheduled for late October. The 10 km race is a self-supported nature trail. The 20 km race is semi-supported and features a cutoff point at 13.5 km, which must be reached within 1 hour and 40 minutes. The course follows local paths near Fréhel and Plévenon, incorporating wooded areas, beaches, coastal vistas, and sections of the GR34 hiking path. This trail race supports the fight against Multiple Sclerosis, and the upcoming edition marks its seventh year.
