Chevilly-Larue Triathlon is a small spring triathlon in Chevilly-Larue, south of Paris, focusing on short formats. It provides an XS race and a leisure race, open to individuals and relay teams. This allows families, beginners, and regular athletes to participate at a suitable level. The XS race, for ages 12 and up, is designed to be short and fast. The leisure race, for ages 6 and up, is intended for children and occasional participants.
The XS course includes a 400 m swim in the Pierre de Coubertin municipal pool, followed by a 12 km bike ride within the MIN de Rungis (mountain bikes permitted), and concludes with a 2.62 km run in Parc départemental Petit le Roy. The leisure format shortens the swim to 50 m in the same pool. A block of 50 XS slots is reserved for Chevilly residents, adding a local element to the event.
