Cock Crow 5k - Jarrow and Hebburn AC 2026

A 5-kilometre multi-terrain run. The course starts by the Monkton Business Park perimeter fence, then follows the Bowes Railway Path. It turns onto parkland behind the Cock Crow Inn, passing Gabs Carp Lake, before returning to the start. The route is entirely on footpaths and grass, with no traffic. Due to the terrain, it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
