Barbarossalauf Erlenbach is a road running event in Erlenbach am Main, Bavaria, starting at Saint-Maurice-Platz near Elsenfelder Strasse. It typically takes place in October, beginning in the afternoon, and features several distances: a half marathon, 10 km, 5 km, 2.5 km, and 1 km. The event has been held annually since 2007, organized by Barbarossalauf Erlenbach a. Main e.V. The shorter distances and the children’s or school run cater to local runners and families. The Bottwartal Marathon is a running weekend held in mid-October in Baden-Wurttemberg's Bottwartal region. It began as a marathon but now includes multiple races. The race has received the most popular marathon medal award six times and is one of Baden-Wurttemberg's largest running events.

The 22nd Freundschaftslauf der LLG Wustweiler is a group running, walking, and hiking event in Wustweiler, part of Illingen in Saarland. It takes place in November, with Seelbachhalle Wustweiler as the start and finish area, and Dorfwaldhalle also listed among the event locations. The primary long option is a 21 km trail with approximately 600 meters of elevation gain, making it more of a hilly forest run than a flat road race.
