Arta runners keep the scene small and useful. Locals meet the calendar through the Runners Club of Arta, which drives the Arta Half Marathon, Arta’s Night Run 1881, and the 4th Arta Trail. The 22 km route starts at the runner's club offices in the former landfill area and heads towards the Arta-Antirrio national road. The 22 km route gives you 630 meters of positive gain, so it is not just a jog. The 6 km route starts and finishes at the runner's club offices on Peranthi Hill.
