UCI Masters Cyclo-Cross World Championships 2026

The UCI Masters Cyclo-Cross World Championships gather adult age-group riders from across the globe at the Varese Racecourse in northern Italy for a late-November weekend of championship racing. As a UCI-regulated cyclo-cross event, the racing centers on short, intense efforts on a closed circuit, distinct from a long point-to-point road route. The Viale Ippodromo racecourse serves as the event hub, hosting registration, information, training sessions, and team relay sign-ups. Società Ciclistica Alfredo Binda organizes the event, connecting it to Varese’s significant cycling heritage. Varese provides a cycling-rich environment for the championships; the city is known as the Cradle of Cycling, is situated near the initial Alpine valleys, and lies about thirty minutes from Milan-Malpensa Airport. Its cycling history includes hosting the World Cycling Championships and the Tre Valli Varesine race, positioning the Masters event in a location accustomed to international cycling competitions.
