Pawsome Run 2026

Pawsome Run is a dog-and-human run/walk at Canterbury A & P Park, with two distance options: 2.5km or 5km. The 2.5km is one lap around the park, while the 5km is two laps for teams seeking more distance. The 5km begins at 10:00am, the 2.5km at 10:05am, and human participants receive their event briefing at 9:45am. Dogs participate at no cost, but each dog must be accompanied by at least one registered human; no dog may enter unaccompanied. Finishers receive distinct rewards: every human gets a Pawsome Medal, and every dog receives a Pawsome Dog Tag. A virtual entry option is available for dogs whose humans cannot attend the park event, or for dogs preferring to avoid the crowd.
