Bieg Herosa Lipiec 2027

Bieg Herosa Lipiec is a race series held in late July in Klucze, Lower Silesia, Poland. It focuses on short 5 km efforts rather than long-distance road running. Participants can select a 5 km obstacle race, a 5 km trail race, or a 5 km Nordic walking option. This variety accommodates those interested in mud-and-barriers racing, off-road running, or a brisk walk with poles. The course features sandy ground and a desert-like setting, with terrain that frequently changes underfoot. The sand adds technicality to the 5 km, making footing and rhythm more critical than on a flat road. A children's and juniors' course is also available, enhancing the event's family-friendly nature compared to a single adult race format.
