Łemko Trail 30 is a point-to-point mountain trail race in south-eastern Poland, starting at Kiczera SKI in Puławy Górne and finishing in Komańcza at the village square by the Osławica River. It is run in October over about 30 km, with a five-hour limit, +740 m of climbing and -735 m of descent. The race is mostly off-road: 91% is on forest roads, dirt roads, and paths, with only 9% on asphalt.
The route follows the red-marked Main Beskid Trail from the ski station toward Komańcza, with timing points at the start, around 15.5 km, and the finish. A recent edition had 345 starters and 343 finishers, so it draws a solid field without feeling like a huge city race. Runners can also enter a “with a dog” classification, alongside women’s, men’s, and overall results. The entry package covers aid stations, electronic timing, a medal, a finish meal, medical and GOPR mountain-rescue support, one night of basic tourist accommodation, and bag transport to Komańcza. Mandatory kit is practical for a mountain route: at least 0.5 liters of water capacity, a separate cup for aid-station drinks, a charged headlamp, and an emergency foil blanket.
