The Garmin Iron Triathlon Piaseczno begins and ends at Zalew Górki Szymona, a reservoir located in Piaseczno, close to Warsaw. This event marks the commencement of the Garmin Iron Triathlon series, offering participants two straightforward triathlon options: the widely chosen 1/4 IM distance and the more compact 1/8 IM distance. The competition is also structured for teams, featuring three-person relays accessible for both the 1/8 IM and 1/4 IM distances. This setup allows a swimmer, a cyclist, and a runner to divide the race segments, rather than each individual completing the entire triathlon.
