iSandS Cross Triathlon Tour Starachowice is an off-road triathlon in Starachowice, based by the Lubianka reservoir, with the race office in the WOPR building on race morning. The main sprint-format race has three parts: a 0.72 km swim, a 19.69 km bike leg, and a 5.02 km run. It sits within the wider iSandS Cross Triathlon Tour and also appears in listings as the Polish Championship in Cross Triathlon / TRI POP CUP. The course is short enough to suit newer triathletes, but it is not a flat road triathlon: the bike leg adds 153 m of climbing and the run adds another 26 m.
