Schlaubetal-Marathon 2026

The Schlaubetal-Marathon begins and ends in Eisenhüttenstadt, leading runners into the Schlaubetal, a stream valley in Brandenburg. It is an autumn landscape race offering several distances: an eighth marathon, a quarter marathon, a cross half marathon, and the full Schlaubetal Cross Marathon. The full marathon crosses what organizers call Europe’s oldest stream valley. Shorter routes accommodate walkers and Nordic walkers. Marathon and half-marathon participants start before the walking groups. The courses remain consistent year to year, with a limit on entries. Dieter escorts the marathon runners by bicycle.
