About this race
Warta Gravel begins and ends at Scout Camp on Koszalinska Street in Poznan, sending participants on a gravel ultramarathon through Wielkopolska. It takes place in late August, offering three distance options: 160 km, 250 km, and 404 km. The event positions itself as the region's largest gravel challenge, designed for those preferring an extended weekend on unpaved roads over a brief urban competition.
The longest course extends over 400 kilometers along the Warta River, featuring gravel segments within Puszcza Notecka at the ride's core. Depending on the chosen distance, participants might also reach Promno Landscape Park, Sierakow Landscape Park, and Puszcza Zielonka. The series, with its sixth edition scheduled in Poznan, maintains a distinct character: extended distances, woodland paths, riverine landscapes, and a start-finish location within the city.
