About this race
Pętla Tuszkowska Matka is a 10 km running race in Lipusz, Kashubia, northern Poland, part of the Kaszuby Biegają series. The race takes place in summer, starting and finishing at the sports stadium on Derdowskiego Street. It offers a direct road-and-trail course for runners seeking a measured 10 km, chip timing, age-group competition, and a 1.5-hour time limit.
The route includes forest paths, Kashubian countryside, and some public roads with partial traffic restrictions. Kilometers are marked, with tape providing additional guidance. The event also highlights Lipusz: it promotes the local area and culture, recognizes the best Gmina Lipusz residents, and awards every finisher a commemorative medal. Results feature overall men’s and women’s rankings, age categories from 16-29 to 70+, and prizes like cups, statuettes, and material awards.
