10K races near Dębica

Bieg Leliwitów is a night running event in Tarnów, starting at 7:30 PM on ul. Wałowa near Zakątek Spycimira Leliwity. Participants can select a 2.5 km race, a 10 km race, or a 4x2.5 km relay with two women and two men each running one lap. The route crosses the historic streets of Tarnów's Old Town, passing several of the city's main monuments. The 2.5 km loop serves as both the short race and the relay leg. Stowarzyszenie Sportowe Sokół Tarnów organizes the event, now in its 34th edition, attracting runners from across Poland, including many returning participants.

The 13th PKO Bieg Niepodległości is a 10-kilometer run through Rzeszów, starting and finishing on the Rynek, the city's main market square. It begins at 11:11 a.m., a deliberate nod to Poland’s Independence Day, with entry limited to runners on the paid start list. Over 3,000 people participated, many in white and red, forming a moving Polish flag across the course. Bernard Too of Kenya won the men's race in 30:39, and Karolina Giza was the first woman in 35:39. The podium featured runners from Kenya, Wieliczka, Rzeszów, and CWKS Resovia Rzeszów.
