Locals run between the sea and parks, and Reagan Park is the easy call for Z2 or a loose Saturday shakeout. Reagan Park has a 5 km lap for soft legs. The lap is 5 km, and the flow around the Motława keeps the city centre in your peripheral vision. The lap has sand, roots, and natural obstacles. Gdansk Run meets every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and Energa Gdańsk Marathon 2026, Bieg Sw Dominika, Rungdn Hevelianum, and Rungdn Bastiony are the anchor races.

Locals ride the coast first, because the coastal cycling route from Gdańsk to Gdynia gives about 25 km of steady base miles beside Gdańsk Bay.
