MuuvWell Hot Rod 24 Hour Ultra

The MuuvWell Hot Rod 24 Hour Ultra takes place within the Bowling Green Hot Rods Baseball Park in Kentucky, where participants complete laps on the ballpark concourse rather than roads or trails. The primary event allows runners 24 hours to accumulate as many laps as possible on a 0.31-mile loop. Additionally, the event features a 24-hour relay, a 12-hour ultra, and a 12-hour nighttime ultra. The structure is straightforward yet demanding: runners have the flexibility to eat, rest, depart, return, or pause at their discretion, making the race a test of sustained effort over short loops. Four-person relay teams, which can be co-ed or single-gender, compete together in a single division. The leading male and female finishers in the 24-hour race will receive prize money determined by their total distance covered. Furthermore, any 24-hour participant achieving 100 miles will be awarded a custom Hot Rod Ultra belt buckle.

Preston Miller Park gets race-day legs moving for the Bowling Green Sprint Triathlon run course, where the run uses paved and rock chip trails. from 1945 Scottsville Rd. 2 & half marathon and bg6000, Run For Sight 5K Presented by GGC Eyes and Clinic Optical, and MuuvWell Hot Rod 24 Hour Ultra keep the calendar honest.

Cycling: Locals ride neighborhood roads when they want steady Z2, and the Bowling Green Sprint Triathlon bike segment puts that work right in town. Southwest Kentucky Mountain Bike Association backs the local trail side. The route covers 6 meters with 3 meters of climb and 3 meters of descent. The climbs stay short here, so intervals matter more than chasing mountain numbers. Bowling Green Sprint Triathlon & Kids Triathlon works as the cycling anchor, while crit legs, cyclocross habits, and gran fondo pacing all fit the same practical rhythm.

Season: July is the named best month, and locals treat it like summer training with respect. The average low sits at 4°C in July, and 41 days reach +30°C highs in a normal year, so runners and riders move early, keep Z2 honest, and save intervals for cooler windows. The average winter low drops to 7°C, and winter brings 11 days when the high fails to rise above freezing. 2 cm, so the bike work gets more selective, trail footing changes, and both sports lean harder on short loops, steady mileage, and dry pavement when it shows up.
