About this race
The Kinzua Half Marathon runs through the Allegheny National Forest, "The Land of Many Uses" and a "Top 10 National Forest in the USA". The course follows PA Route 6, which National Geographic calls "one of America’s most scenic drives". The "one-of-a-kind, destination half marathon" features forest views and the nearby Kinzua Bridge Skywalk, an "engineering masterpiece with a rich history" offering "stunning views you’ll see in the Pennsylvania Wilds". Proceeds benefit the Mt. Jewett to Kinzua Bridge Trail Club, supporting the Knox to Kane trail.
