Challenge Salou 2026

Challenge Salou is a triathlon held in Salou, Spain, located on the Costa Daurada along the Mediterranean coast. The event typically takes place in May, featuring middle and short-distance races, as well as relay and family options in addition to the primary competitions. Participants will swim in the Mediterranean Sea, cycle on a very flat course with closed roads, and conclude with a run along palm-lined boulevards near the beach.
