Emka Run Koszalin

EMKA Run Koszalin features very short races: half a kilometre for family and junior categories, and one kilometre for adults and company teams. The series takes place in Koszalin in June, with separate starts for companies, adults, young children running with a parent, and juniors aged 7 to 17. It resembles a local sports day more than a long-distance road race, as each category is short enough for beginners, children, and family pairs to participate without extensive training. The family race pairs a 4- to 6-year-old child with one parent over 0.5 km, while all junior age groups also run 0.5 km. The adult EMKA Run PRO and the company race use the 1 km distance.
