SAB OTT 3
SAB OTT 3
This PSS Imperial Palace Health Running event is a small Tokyo race and practice session held at the Imperial Palace in Chiyoda Ward. The start and finish are located near the Clock Tower inside Sakuradamon Gate, offering 5 km, 10 km, 20 km, and 20 km relay race options. Beginners are welcome, experienced runners can use it for training, and the typical field size is modest, ranging from 100 to 499 participants. The 5 km, 10 km, and 20 km races cost 1,000 yen each, while the 20 km relay is priced at 4,000 yen. The race route utilizes the Imperial Palace loop, allowing runners to consider it a measured workout as well as a competition. PSS Inc. characterizes the event as “Japan’s most relaxed race”: late arrivals are permitted, same-day registration is possible, runners may switch categories on the day, and finishing early still results in the distance being recorded rather than a disqualification. Feedback highlights its practical aspects, particularly for assessing current fitness, practicing lap pacing, and completing long runs before a marathon. Timing is conducted manually with a stopwatch and printer, participation gifts are distributed, and the event will be canceled in case of rain or snow, with a transfer offered instead of a refund.

DOM OTT 4
The PSS Imperial Palace Kenko Running meet is a small Tokyo running event held inside Sakuradamon Gate, with the reception and start located near the Imperial Palace Clock Tower. Taking place in October, it features 5km, 10km, 20km, and 20km relay race options. The longer races typically begin earlier in the morning, with all events concluding by 11:00 AM. Individual participation costs 1,000 yen, while the relay is 4,000 yen. The event limits solo races to 100 runners each and relay races to 25 teams. The course consists of laps around the Imperial Palace, allowing participants to use it for a controlled workout rather than a large-scale public event. Beginners are welcome, but cutoffs are enforced: 20km runners must begin their fourth lap by 10:15 AM, and 10km runners must pass the 5km mark by the same time. PSS fosters a relaxed, practice-session atmosphere, permitting late arrivals, same-day entry, and event changes. Runners who stop early are recorded for the distance completed. Timing is done manually with a stopwatch and printer. All participants receive an award, and participation gifts include a sports drink, an izakaya meal ticket, and a magnetic chip.
SAB OTT 10
The Rocket Marathon Tokyo is an autumn running event in Katsushika Ward, Tokyo, offering 5 km, 10 km, and half marathon distances. It is part of the Rocket Marathon series, which includes an Osaka event later in the month. Runners can choose between a short race, a 10 km effort, or a half marathon as the marathon season begins. The Osaka event exemplifies the series' style: races use chip timing, accommodate beginners to advanced runners, and limit entries to hundreds, not thousands. The Osaka course is located at Yodo River Park’s Nishinakajima District Baseball Field. A past review noted gentle inclines and declines, smooth race-day operations, and ample staff. Elementary school students may enter the 5 km and 10 km races; the half marathon is open to participants from junior high school age.

SAB OTT 10
The PSS Imperial Palace Healthy Running series is a small, low-cost running event around Tokyo’s Imperial Palace in Chiyoda Ward, with autumn editions and other dates throughout the year. Runners can enter 5 km, 10 km, 20 km, or a 20 km relay. The individual races cost 1,000 yen, leading reviewers to consider it a practical way to get structured training rather than a major event. PSS Inc. organizes it as both a race and a practice session, with accessible entry rules and fields typically between 100 and 499 participants. The start and finish are located by the clock tower inside Sakuradamon Gate, using the Imperial Palace loop course. The event emphasizes flexibility: late arrivals are permitted, same-day entry is allowed, runners can switch categories on the day, and participants who stop early will still be recorded for the distance they completed. The organizer states that unlisted distances, such as 15 km, can be accommodated, while maintaining cutoffs for longer distances, including lap requirements for the 20 km and a 5 km passing check for the 10 km. Timing is manual, every participant receives an award, and participation prizes are distributed. Reviews note its utility for marathon preparation because of the laps facilitating pace control.
第99回・赤羽トライアル(5km/10km/15km/HALF/30km/フルの部)
DOM OTT 11
DOM OTT 11

DOM OTT 11
This PSS Imperial Palace Health Running event is a small October race and practice session held at Sakuradamon within Tokyo’s Imperial Palace grounds. Participants can choose from 5 km, 10 km, or 20 km distances, with an additional 20 km relay option for teams. The individual races are priced affordably at 1,000 yen, while the relay costs 4,000 yen. With a limit of approximately 100 runners per category and 25 relay teams, the event offers an atmosphere akin to an organized training day rather than a large-scale competition. The 20 km and relay races commence in the morning, preceding the 5 km and 10 km events, and all races conclude at their starting point. Timing is conducted manually with a stopwatch and printer, and all participants receive an award. The course follows the well-known Imperial Palace loop, providing a suitable environment for runners seeking controlled pacing and straightforward lap monitoring. Feedback suggests it is a valuable option for marathon preparation, long-distance practice, and assessing current fitness during an off-season period. PSS characterizes it as Japan’s most relaxed race, a sentiment reflected in its flexible rules: late arrivals are accommodated, same-day entries are permitted, participants may switch events on race day, and even custom distances like 15 km can be accepted. Should a runner stop mid-race, the organizer records the distance completed rather than marking it as a withdrawal. However, cutoffs are in place for longer distances, including a lap requirement for the 20 km race and a halfway checkpoint for the 10 km. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event in adverse weather or difficult social conditions, with no monetary refund, though entries can be deferred indefinitely.

SAB OTT 17
The PSS Imperial Palace Health Running series starts and finishes by the Clock Tower inside Sakuradamon Gate, using the Imperial Palace loop in Chiyoda, central Tokyo. This October edition offers 5 km, 10 km, 20 km, and 20 km relay options, with beginner-friendly entry, all levels accepted, manual timing, small fields of about 100 to 499 runners, and unusually low fees: the individual races are 1,000 yen and the relay is 4,000 yen. The 5 km and 10 km races are open to anyone, while the 20 km race is for runners aged 13 and older. Rain, snow, or wider social conditions can cancel the event; refunds are not given, but unused entry fees can be moved to a future PSS event with no expiry. The course is plain and practical: runners repeat laps around the Imperial Palace, so it works well for checking pace, practicing marathon rhythm, or getting through long-distance training that can be hard to do alone. The 20 km and relay fields start earlier than the shorter races, and finish rules include lap cutoffs: 20 km runners need to begin their fourth lap by the set cutoff, while 10 km runners need to pass 5 km by that point. PSS leans into flexibility, calling the event Japan’s most relaxed race: late arrivals are allowed, same-day entry is allowed, runners can change distance on the day, and someone who stops early is recorded for the distance they actually covered instead of simply being marked DNF. Participation prizes include a sports drink, an izakaya meal ticket, and a magnetic chip, and every participant receives an award.
第100回・赤羽トライアル(5km/10km/15km/HALF/30km/フルの部)
DOM OTT 18

DOM OTT 18
The PSS Imperial Palace Health Running event is a modest, affordable run held in central Tokyo. It utilizes the Imperial Palace loop, with the reception area located near the clock tower within Sakuradamon. The event takes place in October, offering 5 km, 10 km, 20 km, and 20 km relay categories. Individual race entry fees are 1,000 yen. The organizer views this event as both a competition and a practice session, particularly for runners aiming to gauge their fitness before tackling longer marathon distances. The event's structure is notably informal: participants can arrive late, register on the day of the event, change their race distance on the same day, and even run improvised distances like 15 km. Timing is conducted manually with a stopwatch and printer, and all participants are eligible for an award. The 5 km and 10 km races have a two-hour time limit, while the 20 km and relay events allow two hours and forty minutes. Cutoff times are set to ensure participants reach later laps by mid-morning. Participant feedback highlights its low cost, ease of entry, utility for pacing practice, and benefit for those seeking structured long-distance training around the Palace rather than running laps solo.
SAB OTT 24

Appunti sull'allenamento a Kawasaki
