Informazioni su questa gara
The 60 km race, part of the World Geopark Trail Run & Cross-Country on the Kannabe Highland in Hyogo, involves 2,950 m of climbing on trails within the San'in Kaigan Geopark. This event begins and ends at the Tajima Dome lawn area during summer. It also offers a 40 km trail race with 1,710 m of climbing, a 10 km option for less experienced trail runners, and a 6 km cross-country race for children and other short-distance participants. The field is limited to 450 people, giving it the feel of a compact mountain race rather than a large city event.
The long course now incorporates more trail, including a revised route around Myokenzan, replacing the previous forest-road out-and-back section between the Sōbu and Nagusa aid stations. The 60 km race has an 11-hour time limit, five aid stations, ITRA 3-point status, and a UTMB Index 50K listing. The 40 km race also features five aid stations, the 10 km has one, and the 6 km has none. Adults aged 20 and above may enter the 60 km and 40 km races. Junior high school students and older can participate in the 10 km, while elementary school runners may enter the 6 km if they can complete it independently. Participants are expected to navigate the course and finish within the time limit. Organizers suggest runners support the local area by staying in nearby accommodations and patronizing local businesses.
