Lava Rocks! is your best race experience of the summer, welcoming first-timers and competitive veterans. Set along the Lavallette Bayfront, the swim is a semi-protected one-loop bay swim. The bike course is one of the fastest out there, flat on a smooth road surface with three loops. The run is equally flat, winding along Barnegat Bay where you'll pass friends and family cheering you on twice.
