Albert Park lake is behind you, with the "iconic circuit at Lakeside Stadium" underfoot. The Great MND Relay focuses on steady laps for MND Victoria, solo or with a team, in a format that feels local and human, rather than chasing a personal best.
The course is flat and sealed, allowing runners, walkers, pram-pushers, and wheelchair participants to find their own pace. Tomato Timing records laps, with the total symbolizing the two people diagnosed with MND daily. The "buzzing event village cheering you on" provides live music, food trucks, shirts, and medals, contributing to a day that rewards effort and community spirit.
