ALPLA Triathlon Exter 2026

The ALPLA Triathlon Exter is a late-August triathlon held in Exter, located in the Detmold district of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The primary individual race is a Jedermann and age-group event featuring a 1 km swim, 36 km bike ride, and 10 km run. This format offers a local sporting challenge rather than a large-scale mass-start event. The schedule also includes XS, S, and M distances suitable for adults, age-groupers, and younger participants. Younger athletes compete in shorter races with a 100 m swim, 6.5 km bike ride, and 1 km run. These are divided into Schüler B, Schüler A, Jugend B, and Jugend A categories for ages 10 to 17.
