HeideGravel 2026

HeideGravel is a gravel bike race held in Taura, near Torgau, within the Dahlener Heide. It takes place over a late-August weekend, offering participants three distance options: 30 km, 60 km, or 100 km. This variety caters to newcomers, those preferring shorter distances, and riders seeking a longer challenge on varied terrain. Elevation gain increases with distance, ranging from approximately 300 meters for the 30 km route to about 900 meters for the 100 km route. The routes incorporate terrain from the German Gravel Championship course, featuring winding trails, wooded areas, and substantial gravel sections, distinct from a basic road circuit. Participants can compete individually, in teams, or as company groups, with a joint classification available if the team name is entered consistently. The event also includes a weekend program with a free community ride, an optional pasta party, on-site camping, and breakfast options, with amenities for accompanying friends or family.
