The Puls 300 Cross- und Hindernis-Lauf is a cross-country and obstacle running event held in Külsheim, a town in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Participants can select either a 6 km or 10 km course. The primary options are the 10 km Mbo Oßwald Crosslauf and a 6 km obstacle run. The event also features a 6 km obstacle team race, a 3 km youth obstacle race, and a 900 m children's obstacle race.
