Bike and Run de Metz

Bike and Run de Metz is a run-and-bike triathlon event held in Metz, located in the Moselle department of northeastern France. The event features short team races, with children’s Bike & Run races scheduled for the morning and XS races for company teams and regular pairs in the afternoon. The youngest participants, aged 6 to 9, will compete over a 2.2 km course. Those aged 10 to 13 will race over 4 km. The adult XS categories include a Challenge Entreprise for workplace teams and an Équipe race for pairs. In both these formats, teammates share running and cycling duties, differing from a standard solo triathlon.
