Les défoulés de Miniac-Morvan 2027

Les Défoulés de Miniac-Morvan is a small road-running event in Miniac-Morvan, a commune in Ille-et-Vilaine in Brittany. It offers adults two straightforward choices: a 10 km race or a 5 km race, both on roads, with free races included for children. The routes are gently rolling rather than flat: the 10 km has about 66 m of climbing and 64 m of descent, while the 5 km has about half that. Children are split into 3-5, 6-8, and 9-10 age groups, suiting families as well as local runners. Bib pickup is handled on site at La Salle de Miniac-Morvan, and the setup includes practical basics such as toilets, parking, and food. The organizing association is Les Coureurs de Miniac.
