Randonnée Bernard MONCHOT - Château-Salins 2026

La Bernard Monchot, a one-day walking and cycling event, takes place in Château-Salins, Moselle. Organized by the Randonneurs Castelsalinois, sign-in and departures are from École André Rouyer. The event welcomes walkers, road cyclists, and mountain bikers, offering various distances rather than a single format. Fees are modest: adults typically pay €5 with an FFCT licence or as walkers, €8 without a licence, and those under 18 enter free in specified editions. The routes traverse the Saulnois region, featuring its vineyards and rural scenery. Walkers have three route lengths: 7 km, 14 km, or 16 km. Road cyclists can select from 47 km, 62 km, or 80 km, and VTT riders have 25 km, 32 km, or 45 km options. Refreshment stations are available along the routes, with food offered at the finish. The staggered morning start allows participants to begin at their own pace, and the event concludes in the afternoon.
