The Semi de la Noix is a half marathon held in Tullins, located in the Isere department of southeastern France. Recent editions have taken place in mid-October. The primary race covers 21.1 km, and a 10 km road race is also available. It holds an FFA label, meaning the half marathon is officially measured, contributes to rankings, and serves as a qualifier for the French championships.
The course is flat, measured to FFA standards, and winds through a natural setting near Tullins. Participants from the Junior category upwards, both licensed and non-licensed, are eligible to compete. The event also accommodates athletes with disabilities. It is organized by CMI, Coureurs du Monde en Isere. This iteration is presented as a revival of the original Semi de la Noix, featuring a course that past participants have highly commended.
