Triathlon du Jaï 2026

Triathlon du Jaï begins and ends at Plage du Jaï in Marignane, located in the Bouches-du-Rhône department near Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. This short-course triathlon takes place late in the season, offering XS and S distances. The XS event includes a 400m swim, a 10km bike ride, and a 2.5km run. The S event consists of a 750m swim, a 20km bike ride, and a 5km run. The location, the narrow Jaï area between the lagoon and the Mediterranean, provides a setting with salt air, open water, and Provençal light, distinct from a typical city race. The cycling route utilizes closed roads and is noted for its speed, making it suitable for athletes aiming for a personal best or those participating in the Open or relay categories. Marignane Triathlon is the organizer, and this event is in its early stages, with the current edition being its second.
