Cusio Cup 2026

Cusio Cup is a Lake Orta multisport series featuring triathlon, duathlon, swimming, aquathlon, winter triathlon, and gravel riding. The organizers began as a triathlon team on the lake's shores and now host events for athletes seeking multiple challenges within the same region. Their program includes lake swimming, known as the Nuotata del Lago d'Orta, and gravel riding, called the Gravel del Lago d'Orta. The gravel event begins in Invorio, crossing the area between Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore. It offers a 50 km route for less experienced gravel riders and a 70 km route for those with more experience. The course combines dirt paths, paved sections, and demanding ascents. Participants can use e-bikes, gravel bikes, or mountain bikes. Cusio Cup has organized over 30 events, including Italian championships and international races, supporting triathlon and multisport athletes in the Cusio area for more than ten years.
