The Radomski Bieg Onkologiczny is a community run in Radom, held by the Borki Reservoir, with a focus on cancer prevention. Association assisted in its organization within two months. Many participants are individuals who have undergone cancer treatment, including breast cancer survivors, and some who were not healthy enough to run still sent messages of support. This gives the run a distinct atmosphere compared to a typical local 5K, as the participants include patients, survivors, relatives, regular runners, walkers, and people using the day to publicly advocate for prevention and recovery.

The Kielecki Bieg Sylwestrowy is a New Year's Eve run held in Kielce. It begins at 2:00 PM from Hala Legionów. This is a short, approximately 5 km race, featuring both paved streets and off-road sections. It is intended for residents of Kielce and the broader Świętokrzyskie region, not exclusively for club runners. The race is in its third edition, organized by the Świętokrzyskie Stowarzyszenie Inicjatyw Społecznych im. Stanisława Staszica.
