The Radomski Bieg Onkologiczny is a community run in Radom, held by the Borki Reservoir, with a focus on cancer prevention. This gives the run a distinct atmosphere compared to a typical local 5K, as the participants include patients, survivors, relatives, regular runners, walkers, and people using the day to publicly advocate for prevention and recovery.

The Kielecki Bieg Sylwestrowy is a New Year's Eve run held in Kielce. It begins at 2:00 PM from Hala Legionów.
