Úpická desítka is a 10,000-meter road race in Úpice, starting and finishing in front of the municipal hall. The main race follows the children's races, meaning the day accommodates both adult runners and younger local participants. It is a non-scoring event within the Winter Running League, featuring categories aligned with that league and a results ceremony held later in the Municipal Hall. The course is a measured out-and-back 10k. Adults can register online or on the day, while children's entries are handled only on site and are free. The race has attracted fields exceeding 130 adult runners and over 40 children. Past winning times indicate a fast course, with the men's record under 33 minutes and the women's record just over 37 minutes.
