Triathlon dla Januszy i Grażyn is a short summer triathlon held at the SuliCamp complex on Zalew Sulistrowicki in Sulistrowice, near Sobótka in Lower Silesia. The format is intentionally beginner-friendly: approximately 400 m swimming, 17 km cycling, and 6 km running, totaling about 23.4 km. It targets amateurs seeking to try triathlon without the pressure of an elite gear competition.
Participants can compete solo, in a family category, or as a three-person relay team (one swimmer, one cyclist, one runner). The event accommodates people with disabilities, with rules allowing guardians to participate alongside minors with disabilities in designated categories. Fundacja Aktywni Ślężanie organizes it. Finishers receive medals. The race day also features a health focus with free checks in the Cytobus and Osteobus, alongside an NFZ stand offering body composition analysis, EKUZ cards, and health program information.
