Acureto Backyard Ultra 2026

The Acureto Backyard Ultra is an ultra running race held on September 5, 2026, at Parque do Acureto, in Toucinhos, Alburitel, Portugal. The race features a 6.706 km circuit that participants must complete each hour. The objective is to complete as many consecutive laps as possible. The event is open to individuals aged 18 and over and includes several categories: Backyard Ultra (unlimited laps), Backyard Long (6 laps, approximately 41 km), Backyard Short (3 laps, approximately 20.5 km), and a 9 km walk. The winner is the last runner to finish a lap within the hourly time limit. The course is marked with ribbons and includes markers for night running. Support areas are available for rest and assistance.
