Soroptimistloppet 2026

Soroptimistloppet is a 5K run in Lund, Sweden, starting and finishing in Stadsparken by the white stage. It takes place in September, organized by Lunds Soroptimistklubb, welcoming adults, children, and dogs. Participants can run, jog, or walk, with children under 13 entering without charge. The event includes timing, and top finishers receive awards, but the focus is on participation and fundraising over intense competition. The entry fee covers a race shirt, bib, and goodie bag; bib numbers are also eligible for prizes. All proceeds support local and international projects aiding women and girls, such as education, water initiatives, medical aid, efforts against digital violence, and menstrual hygiene supplies for those in need. This is the race's thirteenth year.
